e-lite accounting service

e-lite accounting service is a new concept in providing and billing for compliance work for selected clients. The service is targeted at businesses which maintain records on a computer, either using a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel or accounting software such as Sage Line 50. The records will need to be maintained to a reasonable standard with some analysis of income and expenditure.

accounting services are generally based on hourly charge rates, the disadvantages of which are:

  • difficulty in comparing rates as depend on staff mix and working practices
  • difficulty in quantifying costs in advance of work being carried out
  • large bills often due at the same time as tax is payable
  • inefficient work being in effect rewarded

e-lite accounting service provides the following benefits:

  • service based price list indicating costs in advance thereby avoiding unexpected bills
  • monthly payment to spread the cost
  • ability to assess costs and streamline services so you only pay for services you require

e-lite accounting service is available to most types of businesses with a turnover of less than £300,000. Whilst certain types of business, such as regulated businesses, are not eligible within the fees stated it may be possible to apply the principles of e-lite accounting service to these types of business as well as larger businesses if desired.

e-lite accounting service could also be applied to non-computer based records where the information can be readily input onto computer. There may however be a supplemental charge depending upon the form and accuracy of the records.

e-lite accounting service can be supplemented by the following services at competitive rates:
